“The Worry Buster”

“As A Rule Men Worry More About What They Can’t See Than About What They Can”*

It’s an interesting paradox that the imagination has the power to manifest what we want, but it can also summon in what we don’t want.

Most of us live our lives in the realm of the imagination, fantasizing, dreaming, and worrying. When we worry that what we fear might happen, it’s as though we’re living it in the present moment because our nervous system doesn’t know the difference between what’s real and what’s vividly imagined.

“A Day Of Worry Is More Exhausting Than A Week Of Work”*

Sometimes we’re not even sure of what we’re worried about, and we try to chase it away instead of getting inside of it and dealing with it analytically. But therein lies the cure because by analyzing ourself, we can find the underlying fear that’s causing us to worry.

For example, fear of the unknown can cause us not to get started on a new project. Or because of all the hard work that it entails, fear of success can paralyze us because we don’t want to get out of our comfort zone.

That’s why when I procrastinate by working on lots of other things besides the goal that I really want to achieve, I know that something is wrong. So then I’ll sit down, grab a pen and paper, and destroy my worries with “The Worry Buster.”

There are 4 parts to “The Worry Buster.”

  1. Ask yourself – what exactly is the problem?

Fear of failure, success, rejection, or criticism are the most common ones that rear their ugly heads when you want to work on a new project or on a big goal. Figure out which one it is then…

2. Ask yourself – what’s the worst possible scenario?

If you get yourself to take action despite your fear, and you finish your project or reach your goal, what’s the worst thing that can happen? Whatever it is…

3. Decide to – accept the worst possible scenario.

When you determine that you’ll be able to handle the worst case scenario, you’ll break free from the chains of worry. Then you’ll discover that reaching your goal, no matter what the outcome, is still success in itself. Yet still…

4. Decide to – begin improving on the worse case scenario.

Read the books, study whatever you need to learn, and persevere until the worst case scenario is no longer a possibility. Then you will become the master of your fate.

How To Use The Law Of Visualization

“The World Is But A Canvas To Our Imagination”*

There is a very real universal law of mind that makes the dream of the dreamer come true. This law of visualization calls into being in the outer world that which is made real in the inner world.

At the root of the law of cause and effect, imagination pictures the thing desired, but having vision reaches beyond mere dreaming into the conception of what can be.

There is virtually nothing that you truly desire that cannot be made manifest on the physical plane of reality through the 3 steps to the art of visualization:

  1. See it in your mind’s eye in vivid detail.
  2. Believe in the possibility of its obtainment.
  3. Feel it and be grateful for it as though it was already yours.

This is using the law of assumption, and also how to get what you pray for. The more frequently you do these steps, the quicker your visions will be made tangible.

“Fiction Reveals Truths That Reality Obscures”*

This law brings into being your deepest desires. This is the kind of mental training that gives Olympians the edge over their competitors, and wins them the gold. This is the right use of your mind.

See things as you would have them be instead of as they are. Close your eyes and make mental pictures of exactly what it is that you want. See it, feel it, and live it as you would in reality, and you breath life into it.

It is dreaming, but with a purpose. Write it down in detail because only 3% of the population ever write down their goals, and this same 3% own more wealth than the other 97% combined.

Writing your goals down activates the power of your subconscious mind which is in tune with the Universal Mind. Plus it sets in motion the powerful law of attraction.

What do you want? A new car, a house, a better job – whatever it is – define it as best you can. Then meditate upon it, and visualize it when you wake up, before you go to sleep, and as often as you can throughout the day.

Pray for it to a higher power, and to your subconscious mind with the faith that your wish has been fulfilled. Then prepare to receive it by working towards it as it flows towards you. This is how you complete the miracle process.

Imagine The Possibilities

All that you see around you was once first an image in the field of the imagination. Every invention, novel, movie, song, etc. – it all started as a seed in the mind of its creator. Therefore, you can invent the life that you long for by first creating the vision of it in your mind’s eye.

As Einstein proved energy and matter are interchangeable; thus your imagination emits incredible amounts of mental magnetic energy that attracts unto itself that upon which it dwells – until it is turned into matter.

“When An Oak Is Felled The Whole Forest Echoes With Its Fall, But A Hundred Acorns Are Sown In Silence By An Unnoticed Breeze”*

Just like a great sculpture is given beauty by chipping away at the stone, blow by blow with hammer and chisel. So it is with all great works of art, and of humanity in all its forms.

You are a divine work of art yourself, yet you must use and improve your innate gifts and talents by consciously directing your mind’s eye.

“Imagination Will Often Carry Us To Worlds That Never Were. But Without It We Go Nowhere”*

The only limits to your possibilities are the ones that you place upon yourself. Draw upon the universal abundance of supply at will through the power of controlled imagination.

The possibilities that are available in the Universal Mind are as countless as the stars in the night’s sky, so shoot for the moon because you deserve the best. Happiness, wealth, health, success, all are yours to claim.

Life will give you all that you desire, but you must first pay the price for its obtainment by training your mind. Awaken the sleeping giant within you, and claim your birthright as a truly incredible human being.  Your destiny awaits.

I turned my life completely around, and made many of my dreams come true by using what I learned from hundreds of self-help books. If I did it – you can do it too.

The End Is The Beginning

“Change Your Thoughts, And You Change Your Destiny”*

It doesn’t matter what you have been, or what you are now. All that matters is what you want to be. Controlled imagination – thinking from the end – is the beginning of your new life.

Because our world is a manifestation of the mental activity that goes on inside us, there is no stopping the person who can think from the end.

The future can become the present when you consciously direct your imagination. Therefore, it is through the controlled use of imagination that you can create the life that you’ve always dreamed of.

Through proper use of the imagination, you can break the chains of bondage in the present, and set your course on the road to freedom in the future.

Your internal compass urges you to follow your destiny. You’re here for a reason, and surely it’s for much more than just a life of mediocrity.

When you listen to that desire that calls to you from within – which is your life’s purpose, then you can fuse yourself in imagination with what you know in your heart that you were meant to be.

“Concentrated Thought Is Concentrated Energy”*

Take aim at what you want, then transcend over the bridge of time and space to the end. Fully realize the power that you have at your command – the power of imagination. Learn how to harness its power, and you will become the master of your fate.

Living your dreams in imagination, as though they were present fact, often and with feeling will help cause them to manifest on the physical plane. But taking action makes you ready to receive, and completes the miracle process.

“You Create Your Opportunities By Asking For Them”*

It is our God given innate ability to plant the seed of desire in the fertile soil of our imagination. This is the power of creation – it all starts with an idea – an image in your mind’s eye.

Water and feed the seed of your desire daily by living from the end, and it will grow, blossom, and reach for the sun.

Awaken to imagination and feel the presence of a higher power within you. Then pray to your subconscious mind which is in tune with Infinite Intelligence for help and guidance.

Just like your outer body must be exercised, so must your inner body. The inner world of thought, feelings, and imagination exists on a higher plane that can transform your life. Open your mind to the possibilities, and “awaken the giant within.”****

Relax as though preparing for a nap, then go into the future in your mind’s eye and dwell there. This inner journey must be directed. Define your dream life in detail, then live it in imagination.

“The Truth That Sets You Free”*

To realize that which you desire, you must first start in imagination, and despite the evidence of the senses, you must live from the end.

The live your life’s purpose, travel along the highways of your inner world to your appointed destination. Then cross over the bridge of time and space where your fate has been waiting for you since the day you were born.

Master the power of assumption and …the world is yours.
